There's significantly more than 1k difference between the blue car and this one.
That said though, there have also been 2-3 other ls swapped 240s listed in the last month that might serve better for you to compare to. The listed prices for those were 15k, 15k, and 18k with all three being in more similar condition to yours (don't think any of those have sold yet though). Might be a better place to start comparing with those, rather than the blue car you posted. Not price bashing, but just a thought.
