Well, I am currently ranked DMG. I was LE for a little while, but was getting wrecked by better players/smurfs. I've gotten a LOT better though. Playing a lot smarter, and getting way more frags. Still inconsistent as hell though, some games I'll rape, and in others, I couldn't hit the broad side of a barn!
