Bolts ons mostly just make noise. ECU tuning (like a JWT rom tune, for example) is about the only place you can get easy power, short of going high comp or something. $$$
Build the rest of the car (suspension, wheels/tires, brakes, seats, steering wheel,etc), then decide on power mods. A done up car even with 115whp is fun.

Ive done every arm in the suspension, struts and sways, camber plates, Buddy club rims, federal 595 super steels, brakes are stock, got sparco junior bucket seat, momo steering wheel with nrg quick release for when I wanna scare passengers. The engine has an Injen intake, Mishimoto radiator, and Buddy Club Spec2 exhaust.
