It's definitely not going to spool like the 7163 does. With an optimized engine you should be able to make ~550whp with the 7163, I would agree. These turbos definitely flow more, but at the sacrifice of slower spool. The S200SXE is going to allow you to hit the 600whp mark, and the S300SXE range starts at 700whp. I would stick to the 7163 for a street car personally.
