Seeing as how the keys are in the ignition on that top pic., the owner must be either you,one of your friends, or standing several feet away at the time you took the pics. Also, who in their (right?) mind would mount a tach that far away from the instrument cluster?
P.S. I wouln't want to be this guy's passenger if the airbags ever went off; i'm not a fan of having 8inch flying tachometers beeing shot into my face.
