the bracket u can buy from the dealer for 36 bucks. and the rubber peice is like 14 bucks....i got a bracket with my downpipe....that broke so i have to get another one
i dont know what to tell you about locking nuts backing off...get tabs only thing i havent tryed...and thats stock from factory i would think its the solution
