core refers to just the center area of a fin and tube or bar and plate heat exchanger, that is no inlet/outlet tanks. I believe you are looking for a "complete" intercooler, or aftercooler, or air charged cooler whatever you wanna call it. That is unless you wanna buy the tanks separately and weld them on.
