why is your camber so off in the rear?

eibach sells a camber kit for like $30. does that fix camber problems on all four corners?

Nope...just the front.  Rear camber correction is a very limited venture at the current time.  The only kit I know of is PDM-Racing's Whiteline rear camber bushing set, going for about $58.
