non of those are my problem. I have almost 0 resistance from the negative battery terminal to bare metal parts under the engine bay. and battery itself is AGM type so no leaks of acid of any kind eating the metal, and clamp is on there good.
I was wondering if my alarm caused all this to happen(and also forgot to mention previously) because while I was trying to get the car to turn on, the relays for the alarm clicked on and off very rapidly for solid 2 seconds few times.
