Start around 2500 and dump the clutch. If it bogs dump it at 2750 next time. Keep bumping it up 250rpm every time you try until you spin out. Say you spin the tires pretty good at 3250...so drop it back to 3000. Basically do what drifterx said...just experiment and see what works best. Generally for our cars on street tires, it's gonna be somewhere around 2500-3000. You'll know you launched right when there's no bog and you hear a small chatter from the rear wheels.
