So wait, thats a goku from a different universe?

HOW? There has to be some explaining to do. What about the heart disease?

Also, in theory, wouldnt that mean that Zamasu and Black Goku are connected by the same kaoshin? They talked about how the gods are linked to kaoshins and if they kill the kaoshin theyre linked with then the god of destruction goes with them.
