Importers are hit or miss. Even if it's mint, having it freighted over to you can turn a good motor into a piece of shit. There are a ton of variables. The best bet is find the closest option, ask for compression tests, best CASH price and head there with a truck and trailer and confirm the numbers. It's hard to buy something sight unseen and just 'hope.'
Another route is buy a head from someone on the forums and a block - or even a full set and have them ship. You'll generally get a better deal and MOST people here are more trustworthy.
