Along with what Yuri said, I had a 2011 Honda CR-Z, with the six speed manual transmission. Drove it to vegas for SEMA and averaged 45 miles per gallon with my sticky tires and BBS's. Would average a little more with my stock 16's. Fantastic car and I regret getting rid of it. Storage was pretty good, was able to fit an S13 bolt in cage in it to deliver to a customer.

After that I had a 2012 Civic SI sedan, very roomy, K series, great interior, navigation, whole 9 yards. Was quick (not fast), great trans, and looked good.

I did test drive a 8th gen (06-11) SI sedan before I bought that, and I wish I went that route. K20 was a lot more peppy then the K24 in the 9th. 9th had a better interior, but the 8th was the better "daily driver but still awesomely fun" car.
