Feel free to call me an ass but thats what i got after using some equation i found on a stance forum. ever 1/2" of lip added would equal something like 6.35mm of offset?

You are correct, every 1/2" added to the lips will result in a 6.35mm reduction in offset. Likewise, 1" added is 12.7mm less offset. Your calculations are correct.
