The bellhousing is different on the 370 trans, starter is on other side of engine, and the clutch slave/throw-out is that hydraulic thing. So it depends on how the adapter kit mounts; may be an issue if it requires milling down the bell housing, other kits that replace the bell housing may work just fine.

The gearing inside is the same between CD and JK however.
