Is it common to have the spark plug valley filled with oil? I'm guessing the valve cover gasket leaks into the spark plug valley over time? Freaked me out for a second because the rest of the motor is pretty clean.

Also in the rear most sparkplug hole it was filled with a aqua blue watery liquid. Anybody have a clue what that could be? Coolant that came out of the water pump was red so it's not coolant.
