It could be the pillow ball bearing in the coilover mount. Do you hear or see the spring binding when turning at low speed / a stop? I'm in the process of replacing one of my pillow balls. I'll let you know if it fixes my memory steer. Also, make sure your toe is set correctly and that you have a proper alignment.
