Can you look to see if the coilover spring is binding when you turn the wheel? make sure there is tension on the suspension when you do this. So basically make sure the car is on the ground or you are lifting from the control arm. If it is binding, the pillow ball is probably bad. Greasing it will not help if it is completely seized.
