ohhhhh... been there, done that.
You're best bet is to piece it together from used parts found online, such as in here.
Being able to weld and fabricate shit will also save you a lot of money.
It just takes some planning and a little patience.
Im a junkyard junkie myself, and I know first hand there isn't much at the JY's that can be used to turbocharge our cars. Im guessing you're talking about self-serve junkyards? If so, you'll be lucky to find a starion or conquest with its FMIC still attached to it, let alone an evo... most other commonly found IC's are tiny plastic and aluminum ones, or tiny smic. Turbos too, most commonly found turbochargers are tiny (smaller than an sr t25), have an odd turbine housing (not compatible with your manifold), and are mostly blown.
You could borrow the IC piping from older volvos, i believe some use 2.5 pipes, which is ideal for our cars (low power), but then again it would require a lot of couplers and clamps, or tig welding (expensive).
You could get a bov and injectors from a 4g63 DSM.
Other than that, I can't think of anything you could use from the JY, you're better off piecing it together from parts found in here.
