Dawn dish soap is great (zero wax additive), no sooner than 30 days. Softest shammy and only dry with compressed air, soft clear scratches very easily.
I would wax that clear after 90 days. Polish is great for visual but doesn't seem to protect much. I never waxed my new paint job and I regret not doing it sooner. There are swirl style scratches from just washing a raw clear coat numerous times (very gently too).
