Yep. Michigander here. Give it everything you got the first time you go at it, so there doesn't have to be a second time.

Everything listed above is great advice. Try to shock the bolt with a BFH while you apply as much torque as you're comfortable with, get a friend if necessary. It's worked well for me in the past. Sleeved bolts are a bitch.
