I'm moving my mom out of her house and into a smaller apartment with a part time care giver in august so I'm dropping the price to $23,000 OBO, can ship anywhere in the US. Sadly I don't have the energy anymore to deal with everything so as much as I don't want to take a big loss on the FD I've been moved to a position where I need the money more and one less thing to think about. Any reasonable offer at this point will be accepted.
