Lets not get too comfortable and go out and vote this elections. A lot is at stake, trump has brought out the worst in liberals and the left is completely unhinged, supporting the most outrageous proposals: open borders, universal basic income, free health care, weapons ban, SOCIALISM.
Im an immigrant, and I simply cant understand how so many of my peers can support some of these proposals. Perhaps that's why the places we escape from are in the state they are, one would figure we would learn the lesson...
And yes, even though there's a good percentage of us who vote against all that, the majority will still vote for the same old shit, turning your new home into the same old shithole. Same applies for so many people escaping from leftist "paradises"... So many californians here in TX laughing at our faces about how they can sell their house back home and buy a mansion here in texas, yet they still vote for the same old shit, it's so fucking ironic.

My boss, an immigrant like myself, started from the bottom, couple decades later owns his own (small) shop, his own properties, and he's an everyday millionare who still break his back working every single day elbow to elbow next to me. What it took? Sacrifice. Lots of it. And not a single hand out from the gvmt. The real american dream. But what most people dont understand, or rather want to ignore, is the sacrifice that it takes. Planning and saving for so long that most people wouldnt understand. Right before opening his shop he even had to sell his dream car, a fully restored 69 camaro ss.
So dont come in here yapping your mouth about how the system isnt fair. Our capitalist system is the best for those of us who are willing to pay the price to become something. The majority of rich people here in the states werent born rich.
