Welcome to being an adult. To do nothing is to do something, and it will have consequences.
We live in a global world with a global economic economy. Much of the "death to America" sentiment in the world is not driven by us, our actions or our economics but by the failings of others.
It's a wonderful rally call to bring support and power to certain individuals and excuse internal short comings and failures.

Shit happens. Saddam, his supporters and the international community have plenty of blame on themselves. The United States is not the only "person" with self agency. People need to step up and take responsibility.
