personally I would ALWAYS recommend a piston with valve relief notches, like the CP pistons

what fuel you run will have a big effect on your power goals.
if this is a track only car, set it up and tune it for 110 or e85 and you'll get to that 500whp much more easily than a street car tune on 91 octane.
