240 stuff is often pretty much geared towards being too stiff, for drifting and people who actually and fanatically believe suspension shouldn't comply. I believe I've read things about BC coilovers being excessively bouncy. It's probably got solid or stiffer subframe bushings, and everything else.
Modified, they're not dainty or subtle cars.
Maybe you're expecting too little?
