If you want it spot-on perfect and you're getting custom spec wheels, set the car at the height you want and use some wheels that are at least the same diameter as what you want, along with a ruler to figure out what specs you need.
BTW, running spacers is NBD. All these years I can't think of a single time I've seen one fail. You can safely run up to like a 8mm slip-on spacer on stock studs and up to 15mm on extended studs.
