It was a bad comparison, but I don't think Corbin is racist. I think his original point was saying that only people that contribute and have their best interests in society should be able to vote. The screaming blue-haired SJW that can't hold down the Starbucks job he mentioned could very well have been any race. Maybe elitist, but not racist.
