Can we all just agree that if Biden wins the election (god forbid) that we all know he won't be the one calling any of the shots or making any decisions whatsoever on his own volition. The guy can't even stay cognizant of a conversation he is in the middle of. His presidency would be entirely by proxy and all decisions made by his Democratic handlers.
