Of course the Democrats are going to pack the supreme court. Play to win, it's been the republican battle cry for 50 plus years. If you can't win play dirty, if you can't play dirty cheat, if you can't cheat cheat bigger. They literally crippled the federal system to maintain their power.
Of course pack the courts. Fucking hell.
