I move to change the name of each party to Whatabout Party A and Whatabout Party B, because it's obvious the adherents of each don't have a fucking clue how to form a proper argument and instead just scream whataboutisms.
How about you post the relevant section of the California election code? Have you even looked at the text? Any relevant legal precedent?
