Essentially, what you said is only partially correct. trump DID win the case. However, it was to move the observers closer. There are already a bipartisian council watching the votes as they are counted. If I remember correctly, they have one Dem, one Rep, and 2 independents to make sure everything is being counted to the letter of the law.
Again, this is the exact same rules that gave us trump. Not sure why all of a sudden trump supporters are crying foul of the rules
