1. Who's paying for it?
2. What logistics are in place to manage distribution? (This is a nightmare to sort out).
3. Who's upholding punishment for malpractice?
4. Who's the first to receive the vaccine?
5. Covid still needs to be managed. Vaccine =/= cure
