That's not how it's ever worked. Generally the people running the country are adults with emotional maturity. When the numbers are up and the incumbent has clearly lost there's two months to smoothly transition staff FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE GODDAM COUNTRY. Trump has lost, it's not remotely close no matter what your blogs tell you, and every day Trump delays puts the country at risk.
