My reply was to the "if it was still legal to duel" part of your reply. Also, it wasn't a joke lmao. I literally just googled where it's legal to duel, but that came up as a top search before I typed duel [emoji23]
And for the dueling it was Texas PC 22.01 and 22.06 for consentual mutual combat, but no "serious" bodily injuries can happen. Soooo in essence, two people could duel w/ 9mms and vests and so long as they hit vests it's legal?
