Nah, c'mon - cleft palate, polydactyly, conjoined twins, hypospadias, psychosis, albinism, deafness, Down's Syndrome, dissociative identity disorder, etc are all examples of normal everyday perfect humans with no medical implications that would require anything extra of society at large.
I mean, let's face it - everyone is born completely perfect and not needing care or attention. Not sure why my coworker made such a big fuss about his infant being born with cancer.
