yes it's all gone... but I have a lot of center pieces left.
also, the badge comes with the entire assembly. it was also available separately, but Nissan packages the "separate" package with part number inside the larger box.
both center and emblem are no longer available from a dealer.

edit: may help to know if what you have are USDM or JDM/EUDM kouki tail lights. matters for some people.
