To your point, it seems that democrats in CA are fuckin up too, as she won a primary in 2017.
The fact that she has spent the last three years not knowing whether or not she said she was running for reelection or retiring in 2024 or even what her staff is apparently communicating on her behalf in an official capacity is still quite disturbing.
