-They all have a little rash on the outside.
-I'm sure with fancy wheels cleaner they would be nicer, but I just washed them with soapy water.
See pics/vid for details. I am pricing them with consideration of the repairs that would need to be made to make them perfect. I think they are a great base and there are no issues to using them as is if you don't want to refinish immediately.
