Regardless of which so-called marginalized democraphic you (insert here), its an uncanny coincidence in how unruly and uncivilized they are. There is a reason Sadaam or any of the rulers of these regions were criticized as dictators. They're basically like Klingons from Star Trek, live by the sword and die by the sword type of people.
