realistically, the options here are replace the springs on your pedal assembly or throttle body (good luck lmao and dont die)
add a secondary spring to your pedal assembly that keeps it pulled up, anchor it to something in the dash like the dash bar (ghetto, very fitting for 240sx)
drive by wire conversion with an adjustable pedal pressure
