They're quite difficult to source parts for but there are some around.
We had the Primera P10 in Europe, you can get front hubs
I checked my source and also found front subframes, front lower arms, rear links, anti roll bars etc. I think there's more than you think around.
But they rust. They rust like you wouldn't believe.
