Does anyone know where I can get a JDM Kouki Bumper Bracket for an S14?

The reason I want the JDM one is it does not come with the bulky reinforcement bar like we have here in the US, as well as the large opening already available for Front Mount Intercoolers.

Any help would be appreciated.
