I would actually buy a WRX.    The main thing that worries me is the clutch--you go through clutches a lot faster w/ AWD.  The advantage of buying a WRX over turbo'ing your 240SX is the fact that the WRX was made for a turbo--stronger internals, whereas the 240SX KA engine wasn't.  I think it's a personal preference "which is better, WRX vs KA-T"
