I have a GReddy V FMIC, stock SR radiator w/shroud, only time I got anywhere close to overheat was hauling balls thru the grapevine (along with 5hr's of straight driving) in the peak of summer.

Shroud, a clean cooling system, and good coolant and you should be fine... but then if you plan to sit on/around your redline all the time, things would be different.
