its on my s13 and i dont think i have a clock spring. anyway i looked on the driver side and there was no label for a horn on those, damm and the relays on the fuse box on the pass. side dont have a horn label. i bought a multimeter but the directions dont say how to check stuff. im gonna mess w/ it a little more to get it to work but for reference its a sparco mugello wheel
