The S14 would basically be just a long block, since I need to keep most of the parts for my car. Stuff like the harness, ecu, etc. would definately not be included.
As for the S13 blacktop, comes with manual trans, both manifolds, turbo, fully accessory drive, ecu, etc. No side mount intercooler, no igniter chip, no maf and the harness is cut. Fortunately all of those parts can be sourced easily and cheaply. Like I said, the engine does have a warranty and it is local. I'll PM you some more details.
