I'm also having noise from my 91 S13 making a high-pitched sound of rushing air (the diesel engine sound?) when the engine is cold. I don't notice it after driving for a while. But I need to drive without music and windows rolled down to be sure because it's been a few weeks since I last heard it.
If I had to tighten the valve-springs, how would I do this? Is there a write up somewhere, or does the chilton's manual provide enough information to do this?
