And to clarify, that's on a warm motor. Have fun burning your fingers, and sweating over the exhaust manifold!!!
This job is no fun, but it is critical - .002" too thick on any shim will hold the valve open and cause bad compresion, sh1tty idle, etc...
So be THOROUGH.
