This is all metal construction extended 1 inch. The quick release has 10 splines, has 2 sets of bolt pattern upper and lower. Fits Momo, Nard,i and Sparco. Horn is usable. serious buyers only/local pick up. $100. only thing i need is a contact number.. thanks
